Blend 1 Tbsp oatmeal until it’s almost flour then ad 1 banana and 1/2 cup of milk, blend until you have a paste. Apply on face and neckline for 15 min. Rinse with water.
Removal of dead skin cells
To keep your skin fresh and smooth, cleaning and removal of dead skin cells is important. Mix 2 Tbsp. of brown sugar, half served avocado and 1 Tbsp.of oatmeal. Add a few drops of essential oil. Oatmeal can make the skin tighter and reducing wrinkles. Mix half a cup of oatmeal with as many hot water and two egg whites, mix well together. Allow the mixture to cool down and apply it to the skin. Wait 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Use it as often as you like.
